Bambi Cantrell has been photographing in the San Francisco Bay area for over 25 years. Among her many accomplishments, in 2000 she was author of the best selling book The Art of Wedding Photography published by Watson-Guptil… and followed it in 2002 with another chart topper, The Art of the Digital Wedding for the same publisher.
In 2003 she won the exceptional honour of being named United Nations Photographer of the Year, and in 2004 was given a Lifetime Achievement Award by Wedding and Portrait Photographers International.
In 2006 she was named as one of the founding five ‘Icons of Imaging’ (and the only woman) by Microsoft Corporation, followed last year by nomination as ‘One of the 10 Best Wedding Photographers in the World’ by American Photo magazine.
Bambi is giving presentations for new MPA members and Cherubs new-baby photo plan partners before travelling to Scotland where she will present her full day seminar at the Grange Manor Hotel, Falkirk, on Thursday April 3rd. This day has the theme “From Brides to Babies – Weddings and Portraits, the Whole Story”.
Falkirk is easily reached from either Edinburgh or Glasgow airports, by car off the M8, or by train.

How hot are you on customer service? This is an extremely important aspect of your business - whatever level of the market you aim to reach. Many of the complaints that come in to MPA HQ are of the nature that there has been a communication breakdown between the photographer and the customer.
